This may have been in another post and i'm getting them mixed up. Somewhere sombody was talking about getting the oven temp up to 550 and using bricks.
pardon my ignorance but why hasn't anyone suggested using you gas grill to get higher temp cook instead of heatinghte whole house up for an hour for a few minute cook. I figure there must be a reason.

I agree with Kevin . We've used Calphalon for years and they've always warrantied everything no questions asked. Call them, you will have to pay shipping to them but they pick it up on they way back. I believe on there website they tell you how tosend it back to them.
I just did these for a office xmas party and everyone loved them. The only thing i chaged was i added 12oz of water to thin it out a little and used half a can of pineapple chunks. Oh yeah i doubled the size and used 2packs of meatballs instead .
