    Ambient temperature

    Did you change the setting for the probe3 to use the thermistor setting? This setting is located in the drop down menu for the probe. From memory I think it's listed as "Varshay". In the drop down menu, you'll see settings for ET-72, ET-732, etc.... Hope this helps, because I had the same...
