    WSM mini smoker purpose ?

    Frank H, Howdy; I live in a fifth-wheel RV. I can pack everything except the Smoky Joe into the soup can with a thyroid condition. That inclues, Craycort CI grates, cake pan (heat diffuser), 2 cooking grates, and a Cast Iron Dtch oven (yep, I can cook with the Dutch oven in there as well)...

    Howdy All; Thanks for the recommendations... So, basicly, I'm lookin' at 2 hours per pound at 250* to 275*. RG, Howdy; Yea, this thing took off like a rocket when I did the burn-in, Loaded with Lump (RO), did a 'minion' start, left the bottom and top vents wide open .... shot right up to 475*...

    Why the WSM should have handles on the lower cooking grate

    Howdy All; Question ... Why not use the rack with handles for the lower and the one without handles for the upper, as you could handle it easier up top...? hank

    Chris, Howdy ; Thanks for the info. Even if they are Temp. out of Stock. :( Strange, it reads Jumbo Joe Gold ... yet it has a bottom vent with ash pan ... annnnnd dosen't appear to have the side vents ... ????? hank

    Fitting ribs, how many?

    TJMartin, Howdy; Maybe the first question to you would have been, How many folks are going to be there? Then you could see how many racks you would need, then see how large of a shoe spoon or shoehorn you'd need to fit them all (the ribs, not the folks), into the mini??? I know I'm chiming in...
