    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

I have been monitoring the temps on my wood stove with stoker log, and it's doing something weird that it's never done before. As it collects data, it is deleting it from the graph on the tail end. It's only doing this for the "chimney" data. Any thoughts? Here are some progression pics so...

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

I'll have to find one the next time I do a cook. I bet you are right, It's my system. Anything I might want to change? Other than a system restore?

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

I also just tried running it normally, but with my virus program disabled, and it still crashed within a couple of hours.

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

I just had StokerLog running in simulation mode for 19.5 hours, and there was not a problem.

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

Yep, It just hangs every few hours. The status field is blank when it happens. Plotting on the graph ceases and the program becomes unresponsive. It is sometimes hours before I realize this has occurred. I noticed that my wifi connection went out for minute when it happened one time. I...

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

I have still been struggling with crashes, and have found a fix that works for me. It still crashes/freezes every few hours, but I am using a program called Restart On Crash to recognize this condition and restart StokerLog. It's very easy to use. When StokerLog is restarted I use a second...

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

It doesn't provide crash text like I have seen it do with past issues. Is there a way to retrieve that text some how? The program is freezing and becomes un-responsive, I then have to kill it by control-alt-delete.

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

The program is also crashing quite often on me, seeming to be associated with a loss of wifi connectivity between the stoker and the router, but not always. It happens about every hour. I have win 7 Home Premium, and have tried running as an administrator, under xp compatibility, and running...

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

I discovered that it is possible to select just the portion of the restored graph that I am interested in, so it's not such a big problem now.

    Stokerlog 7.0 Release

I really like the restore previous cook function. It is acting strangely for me though. When I hit restore it re-graphs back to the beginning of time, which happens to be 15 hours ago for me. It seems to be remembering multiple sessions prior to just the previous session. Is there a way I can...

    Stokerlog Version 6

Amir, One thing I feel the program needs is a way to save a cooking session automatically in something like 10 minute increments. This way, if the program might freeze or the computer gets turned off by mistake, the graph data isn't lost. I would just restart the program, open the file/folder...

    Stokerlog Version 6

Just tested 6.8, and the association problem seems to be gone. For me at least. Woo Hoo! Thanks Amir. Tested it with 1fan/2probes and 2fans/6probes.

    Stokerlog Version 6

I agree with you Fleetz, i can't believe Rock's hasn't been working more closely with Amir. His program has been a major part of their success.

    Stokerlog Version 6

I figured it was a problem for only a few people, as the boards aren't buzzing with it. There are some others who have had this problem as well though. What sort of environment are you running Stoker Log under Clinth? Maybe I will try re-installing the firmware to see if that fixes things...
