I've got an old Summit S-470 that I picked up off of Craigslist about 10 years ago for $300 and it is still running perfect. The only thing I've replaced were the cart wheels. I keep the grill covered, but I'd like to do something to the cart for rust protection as the bottom panel (beneath...
I did a few searches, but couldn’t find anything regarding creative solutions for fixing the poor control knobs on a Spirit E-310 from 2013 with the 3 knobs that are positioned in front of the firebox.
I found this grill on the side of the road one night on the way home from work. The only...
Greetings,
I’ve got a Weber Ranch that I picked up used a few years back off CL. I’ve only used it for chicken legs and the entire cook was over in 30 minutes.
On Thursday, I’ll be spatchcocking two 14 pound turkeys and cooking them on the Ranch.
Would someone mind sharing the vent positions...
A few weeks ago, I used my GrillGrates and Vortex on my Performer to do a stuffed pork loin and artichokes. I flipped the GrillGrates upside down to sear the pork loin and then reduced the GrillGrates down to one panel to finish off the artichokes. I've got GrillGrates on my EP-330 that are...
Similar problem here in Florida in that a grill cover doesn't last all that long in the sun. My Genesis cover is toast and I'm just waiting for my Performer cover to end up looking like the Genesis cover. The last time I was in Home Depot, I noticed that Weber has replaced the vinyl / canvas...
Any one here have a custom table from Brian Alan?
Saw this on the web earlier this week. Curious how much it would cost.
He has a variety of table top options to choose from as well as powder coat finishes.

I have the CB ring for my Performer and opted for the option to flip it to fit Smokey Mountain 22". It is very well made and I've had no problems with the rotisserie motor.
I paid $180 this morning for a used 22.5 WSM down in Gainesville, FL. Thermo was stuck on 260F, so I need to buy a replacement. Price wasn't the greatest, but these don't come up for sale very often and it sure beats the $399 at Ace Hardware locally.
Has any one tried out this plate setter for the WSM that's for sale on eBay?

Greetings,
I'm not sure if this is nationwide, but I found a very well made basting brush at Williams-Sonoma at the St. Johns Town Center Mall in Jacksonville, FL that is regularly priced at $29.95 on clearance for $14.99 and then rang up at $10.99.
This brush has a lot of the design...
I have EP-330 and I have wall-to-wall grill grates that sit above the flavorizer bars.
The original stock 7mm rod grill grates are stored beneath the grill.
