    I have one like it very much .If you like chicken wings , get one for them alone. Crispy skin every time. Really concentrates the heat.

    I have a weber gas grill ,a 22inch kettle ,and bought an 18.5 WSM this spring . Love that thing. Lots of great info here . We are from Western NY .
