Just saw the sale flier on K-Pro in the latest issue of Costco Connection. It will be $5.50 off from 5/15 to 6/9, so plenty of time to stock up. Limit 3.
I cook PM pizzas on my EP320 Genesis all the time.
I first put a raised grate on top of the grates. They're easy to make. Get an el cheapo grate from Lowes or HD. Then get 4 carriage bolts at least 4" long and 2 washers and nuts for each one. Attach 1 bolt to each corner of the grate and...
Yes it does. That's not necessarily a bad thing BTW. I like the RO Classic Briquettes and that's all I use in the WSM. I picked up a twin pack today, so will try them out in the Performer tomorrow. If nothing else, they'll be fine for smoking in the WSM.

I'm wondering the same thing. How is the high heat stuff any different from K-Pro? Maybe it's just K-Pro re-branded? I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case.
Anyway, looking forward to Chris's tests.
I do the same thing that several members have mentioned already.
I have 2 tanks so when the one on the grill runs out, I swap it with the full one which I keep in the garage. Then just re-fill the empty one at my earliest convenience.
The only problem with this is when the tank scale gets...
