    Hi All, Wanted to share a Dry Aged Rub recipe I got from a top Dublin restaurant now for a number of years.....goes great with our grass fed beef....! 50g dried Oregano 25g dried Marjoram ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp coriander seeds 25g onion powder 25g garlic granules 25g freshly ground black pepper...
