I woke up this morning almost in a panic attack… I had a nightmare. In the real world I’m smoking a 13 lb prime brisket overnight. In my nightmare my “ neighbors” ( who hasn’t lived there in over 2 years) had family and friends over and I came outside this morning to find they had moved my brisket to the bottom rack and filled the top rack with all sorts of chicken and vegetables. I freak out all concerned about the brisket and temperature spikes Plus I didn’t want all that crap on top of my brisket dripping. Nonetheless Ive woken up surly over it all....

so wierd....( and no alcohol was consumed last night)
 
Yeesh......yeah, that'd be an unpleasant thought.

I was running a test burn overnight a month ago, when I looked at the controller, it appeared that the smoker door was opened for a couple of minutes around 0325. Pretty sure it's not a false indication, still need to figure out what I'm gonna do about cameras.
