Very nice! Almost did wings today too. Settled for a ribeye and some poppers.

I did wings too! Tried some Meat Church “Gospel” rub. Probably a better rub than most I’ve tried!
The Vortex came through with flying beautiful color and flavor! Sorry no pictures, we were pretty hungry by the time they came off!

Did wings on the vortex last night sister-in-law in town big thumbs up came out nice and crispy. Used this rub for the first time and it will be my go to from now on.

Just rambling I wish I had bought a vortex years ago for my performer besides my sns best thing I have ever bought. I bought the QuliMetal BBQ Whirlpool for Weber Kettle, paid 25 bucks I trust their products have their grates and bars on my Silver C never been disappointed with their quality.
