Which one should I start refurbing first for sale?

Fair weather has finally graced my Northern NV area and it's time to work on some of these 2022 acquisitions. Any thoughts on which style is more coveted?

Some things to know:
1) The maroon lid grill is actually beyond repair with a rotted out frame and cook box, so it will be donating parts.
2) The Black lid is natural gas. It's probably the most complete and ready to go. However, I am planning on using the LP manifold from the maroon grill.
3) The Blue lid is missing the left swing table and I am planning on using the maroon swing mechs from the maroon grill.
4) The Red-head is complete, but will need the swing table reattached.

All will be cleaned/scraped with fresh paint on boxes/frames. Planning on replacing flavor bars on all, burners where needed, and new wood for tables. Was planning on selling the black first and using proceeds to offset some part costs for others.

Beyond the "coveted" question, are there any parts that should be new for a buyer to get excited about?

Thanks in advance!

The black Silver B looks like it would be the easiest one to refurbish. I will also say that none of the other manifolds that you have there will work on that grill.

The blue Genesis 3 would be hard for me to part with.

The black silver B is probably the least work to prep for sale.

All suggestions above seem quite sound to me, I would take the maroon out of contention as you have said it’s going to be a parts piece. But, we’re it my case, I’d keep the blue one too, restore the red one and send it to a new home then deal with blackie but, Dan makes a good point about it being the least trouble for the restoration process.
interesting factoid, I have both blue and maroon lids! Maroon in use right now, blue is tucked away for another time.

I really need to find me a blue lid to sit next to my redhead
I had considered making a framework to surround the cooler carriage and putting my blue lid on that but, I am not sure just who I could get to fabricate the thing. There’s time.

2) The Black lid is natural gas. It's probably the most complete and ready to go. However, I am planning on using the LP manifold from the maroon grill.

@Steve Hoch covered a good point which is some parts on the maroon genesis 1000 will not swap over to the Black lid Genesis Silver B.

These parts are different: manifold, control panel, burner knobs, cook box, slide out bottom pan, burners, flavorizer bars, and the upper sections of the frame on a 1000 are different from a Silver B.

One part on the Maroon that will swap over is the tank hanger and hanger mounting piece. The pic below is a 2000 Silver B and I think it is identical to a genesis x000 mount. If it were me, I'd fix it up and try to sell it as an NG grill.

Truly appreciate all the insightful comments everyone!

My wife is "done" looking at multiple toys in the yard... and, has said that only 2 shall remain. LOL... what you don't know is that there are 2 others that I have currently claimed as the chosen ones. Both were picked up last year as well and I completely disassembled & rebuilt the stainless Fire Magic. The other is a '99 Platinum, that has been fun grill to cook on... planning on doing a frame off rehab.

So, the now what say you... difficult choices must be made!

OMG... Will probably pick up both of these... maybe for parts. HELP, my name is Chris and I have a problem. So, being that I've never cooked on a genisis 1000 size... how is the work flow compared to the 2000 or 3000? It seems from reviewing past post, that 1000s carry a sweet spot in most people's hearts... Why?

They're all the same grill. Just different carts

What happened to all the flip up tables from these grills? I've never seen so many missing in one spot before. Do people in your area just throw them out?
