I called Weber Customer Service today to order a new rear leg for my 26.75" kettle. The service rep was very polite and said they will send me two new rear legs and hubcaps. The latch on my 18.5" WSM also broke and they're sending me a new door assembly to boot. She didn't ask for pics, but did mention they're closing tomorrow for two weeks to do inventory. Hopefully they're able to ship the parts out today. Anyhoo, great customer service and it was hassle free.

As you can see below, it bent where it attaches to the base.
