Always thought it would be fun to have two 300,s side by side. One running hot and the other for low and slow.
Sometimes I grill a roast or chickens low and slow and then want to do some hot dogs for the kids, or some prawn skewers or other fast grill food. Don't like to mess with the roast or chicken temps, so it was either wait until the grill was free or fire up the kettle.
Have a 2011 S330 that I bought new so was watching out for an inexpensive used one. Missed out on one for free but found a 2012 E310 for $150 in fairly good shape. Black lid and doors did not look so good beside the S330. Lucked out and found a 2008 S320 for free, swapped out the lid and doors, now have a S310 beside the S330. And a bonus E320 for free that I will take to the cabin to replace a rotting Broil King. Now looking for the Cabinetry kit, would like to put one of the cabinets between them, or I might make something to give a bit more counter space. Need to do some more cleaning to both of them.
