Based on this pricing trend and current pricing at Lowes/Home Depot I'd bite on that if I were in the market. To TFL's point, it can be painful to look at pricing from one year ago compared to today's prices, in general. Raw material and transportation cost increases, and tariffs (for items shipped out of China) have driven up pricing.
