Seasoned 4 lbs. of drumsticks with Members Mark Nashville Hot Chicken and laid them around the vortex, flipping every 15 minutes. Ran between 400 & 474 'til they temped at 180 t0 190. It don't get no easier than that!
It's a flavorful rub but doesn't impart much heat on drumsticks, even though I gave them a heavy dose. Probably much better if they were butterflied or on wings.
