Two racks of ribs in old smokey grill

Tom Horseman did a review on those. Reminded me of an upside down bucket :D (no offense). Mmmm mmmm ribs
They are, pretty much, made from a couple of wash tubs. That's what the company originally, and I believe still makes.
Very popular in Texas and Louisiana, as well as some other southern states. BBQing in its simplest form. If you want to see one in action watch some of these videos: https://www.youtube.com/@BigLewBBQ

The Old Smokey 18" was delivered yesterday. Been thinking about getting one for some time now. Cooking on something this basic should be lots of fun. Amazingly, Miriam didn't even raise an eyebrow. Guess she's getting soft in her old age:)

Wow, and posing it on top of what looks like the dining room table for pictures...I don't know that I would have gotten away with doing that...!
