Oh I have to add my 2 cents here (hope you don't mind Chris). Being such a pork lover, I just have to say this book has a very nice large section of some great information and recipes about and using PORK. It starts with "Lessons from the Legends: Pulled Pork, then followed with some great sounding recipes for Pulled Pork. Then further in the section they have "Lessons from the Legends: Baby Back Ribs, and so forth. You get the idea. lol.
 
I love how we can learn something new "almost" every day here. lol

I am still checking out this months cookbook. Looking for something to go with dinner tonight (chicken). I found this recipe for " Hasselback Potatoes" and found this.

Hasselback Potatoes with Garlic Butter and Parmesan
