Turkey 2021 and other stuff

So I wet brined a couple turkeys overnight. Rinsed and seasoned them up. On the SmokeFire at 300. Fingers crossed. Will post more pics as we go.

After an hour basted with seasoned butter 74885340-6604-44D7-AB39-E6F8DB821C78.jpeg home stretch, switched to roaster pans rebasted with drippings. Added butter. 1B316E54-5A4B-4396-8F03-80CBD4BDCE19.jpeg
