Triple Berry Polenta Upside Down Cake à la CaseT


 
Nice looking desert! I like using mixed berries too. I made a mixed berry one back in February for a friends birthday.

We took the peach version to a friends house for some social distancing socialization. There wasn't any cake to take home!

Any type of fruit works good. You do need to make sure you get the juices out as much as possible. The peaches really put it to the test. Even after pressing out a good portion of the juices it took a bit longer to cook so we didn't end up with a "Soggy Bottom"!
