Tri-Tip from Creekstone

Seasoned this Prime tri-tip with Adobe Milling Steak sauce & Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Rub. Salted & dry brined for 6-7 hours first. Before the seasoning. Back in the fridge for 2 hours before it hit the heat.

Just how I like my tri-tip, and you can't go wrong with some mashers and gravy! The avocado for some green is a nice touch, too. :)
