Yup, when I decided to buy a little used 14.5, my first thought was about doing a brisket. Decided I would need to cut the point off and cook the parts -- point on the lower rack. Then started looking for items about the 14.5 and sure enough, quickly stumbled across this video (along with several others). My "new" mini is ready to cook -- just need the time (tomorrow) to get to it. SO much looking forward to a good smoked meal again!
