Thermocouple and probes not playing nicely together

Hi everyone,

I have a Heatermeter 4.3 setup, the board was purchased from the official store and is the thermocouple version.



I have 3 Inkbird probes, all of which work perfectly with the Inkbird devices.



However, when any of these probes are plugged into the Heatermeter board...if the thermocouple is also plugged in at the same time the readings on both the thermocouple and Inkbird increase. About 20F increase on the thermocouple and 100F on the food probes.



Both thermocouple and food probes work perfectly when plugged in without the other, but together something causes them to go crazy.

Turns out it was simply the probe and thermocouple wires touching each other...duh!
