The slow roll of the Performer…sounds of joy

The weekend brings many things and for me one of the best parts is rolling my Performer off my covered patio and onto the deck.
It only takes a few seconds but it is a feeling of freedom and optimism.



Beautiful and clear evening helps the cause…along with a little Marcus King!





This was a low key and very inexpensive dinner. A few thighs with skin removed and a cheap cross rib steak .





For some reason I’ve always craved beef on Fridays…but the chicken was kind of was the star of the night.
