I never cook two meals but felt motivated tonight as it was easy.

Both proteins seasoned with salt, gran garlic and ground ginger and dusted in corn starch.

Flash deep fried and pulled and drained.

The swai is in a dark and light soy sauce with oyster sauce, water and sugar. Woked and served.

The shrimps are in pineapple juice concentrate, sugar, ACV, chili flakes and a 1:1 corn starch to water. Heated and then reduced then thickened. Toss in the shrimps and serve.

All over some white rice.

Tomorrow’s swim meet just got cancelled. Other team (host team) pool broke today. Oh well. Be at the gym instead. Yay me!

Interesting flavors, I would be first in line for left overs.
Great plate shot
The dark sauce is what I use when I steam this fish, served with green onion and a ginger infused hot oil, crispy ginger, spooned over the fish so it sizzles. Sweet and savory but very light.
