Summit S-670 NG - Propane Hookup

I bought this barbecue 2 weeks ago, and the coupling on the hose that comes with the grill is a different size than my current hookup, which was installed when I had my prior barbecue that I guess just had a narrower line. I’m not sure what it’s called - the quick connect coupling that snaps into place maybe? Is it just as easy as buying a converter? Because it’s a gas hookup I’ve tried to reach out to Weber before I do anything, but their phone line hangs up on me literally every time, and they’re not answering my email question. Any thoughts on this? I have this beautiful new grill I haven’t been able to use for almost 2 weeks!

It’s a NG. See the photos, it shows how the connection lines up & then does not fit together. It’s close (maybe 1/2 vs 3/8)?

YEs the Summit due to very high BTU consumption has a 1/2" hose and you're trying to put it into a 3/8" fitting. You need this https://www.grillparts.com/broilmaster/?product_id=104088
