Looks really good, one question ...about how long did they take to get to 110 on the smoker @ 225?

Took about 40 minutes. I actually kept the vents all the way open and only used about a 3/4 chimney of coals almost fully lit. So, it might have gone a tad higher than 225.

First real reverse sear that I've done and it came out great.
