Spinning Ribs and cooking thighs

Got the trailer back on the road just in time to head out for a 500 mile run to do some boating and eating. Caught up with a group of boaters and boat builders that we get together with. We call it a messabout. I hosted a dinner one night at my cam and made some ribs and thighs. All cooked on the WSM. We had a great weekend and got to play on the water quite a bit. These boats are all home built. I didn't havea boat this trip but will next trip out.

There were no CLC boats at this gathering. There are several members that have CLC Kayaks.

I am not currently building one. I do have plans for a skin on frame skiff that will fit in my trailer that I may build. If I add more boats though I might end up having to sleep in them. IN the main boat shed I had 4 kayaks, and two power boats. In the back shed I have two canoes and another kayak!
