I saw this at Albertson's, decided to go for it. Bought it. I used Kona's Coast Spicy marinade, good stuff! I used a mix of Alder and Apple wood for the smoke. It only took about 45 minutes to smoke this Salmon at around 250-260F. Salmon came out great!! Moist, perfect smoke flavor. Happy with the results.

Only tried the Kona Coast Teriyaki on chicken and we loved the taste, after seeing your cook, going to have to try it on some salmon, wish the sauce came in bigger bottles.
 
Copper River Sockeye is one of the great taste treats of the world! I can hardly believe the price - we pay many times that price (shaking my head in envy LOL).
