Smoking/Cooking raw bratwurst

I’m going to probably use two 18.5 WSM cookers on Memorial Day. I’d like to use the extra room to smoke and cook some raw bratwurst. Looking for some cook times to smoke/cook at low and slow.
Thanks.

If we are talking something like 225, I'm thinking maybe 30 minutes, maybe 45 max. If you are trying to time it with some other food I'd maybe put it on an hour before you want to serve and if it's done early, tent it with foil.

Wow they came up with a very different number than I did in that article. It says 2 hours. They probably cook a lot more at one time than I would. I probably cook them at more like 250. Or I'm just flat wrong. I usually am smoking sausages that I made also, that may be thinner.

Yea I dunno, everyone's WSM runs a little different. I just talked to my Son, and the last time we smoked some fresh venison/pork sausages ( Brats, Polish, Italian, and Lava) It took a little over an hour @ 225-250, maybe 1.5 hrs to hit 155.
When I use the vortex on the kettle, yea 30-45 mins tops.
