Smokin on Saturday

On Saturday I smoked some beef ribs, a fatty stuffed with cheese, pig candy, salmon and a turkey breast and thighs rubbed with wolfe rub citrus and had some taters on as well. I had both smokers going, it was raining, the beer was flowing and football was on...I had a blast.

How'd the salmon come out? Did you go kind of dry, 'just done' or somewhere in between?
