Temps were perfect, got 400 in about 10 minutes, messed around and took it to 600 for a little bit.
Did these kebabs with 5 different Oakridge rubs.
jah love jerk, game bird, Chile lime, Santa Maria and Death Dust!

I can’t wait to do some pork this weekend. Two butts going on. One will be game bird with brown sugar and the other will be dominator rib rub with a little death dust.
