You're going to find all sorts of fun things to do with that. I highly recommend the Cooks Country book "Cook it in Cast Iron" some fantastic recipes in there. Barb and I have done about ten so far and they all have been beyond excellent.

I walk past https://www.boroughkitchen.com/borough-high-street/ three times a week and they have a great range of Lodge and Staub cast iron cookware and all sorts of other tempting items.

You'll love the pan Enrico, I have a Lodge enamel cast iron pan and dutch oven and I love both of them. The cookbook Rich recommended is great, I got my copy of it awhile back and it has lots of great recipes to cook/bake in a cast iron pan.
