Sherry Vinegar, Port and Prune Marinade

Forgive me for being so honest, but I think this marinade sounds like it will come in handy for a lot of reasons.. lol

Sherry Vinegar, Port and Prune Marinade

1/2 cup sherry vinegar
1 cup port wine
1/4 cup olive oil
2 TB. honey
3 tsp. chopped fresh thyme, or 1 tsp. dried]
1 dozen whole dried pitted prunes

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to emulsify. Marinate PORK 1 to 3 hours before grilling. Spoon the marinade over grilled pork and garnish with the prunes. Makes 1 1/4 cups
