Sheet metal for custom griddle project

I am trying to convert my camper fold away three burner gas grill into a griddle, but wasn’t sure what major companies would sell food grade sheet metal for me to use as a custom plancha. Not even sure what would be considered food grade at this point as I wanna use it for big batches of onions, cheese steaks, and hibachi night with the family

According to the pizza makers community, you need an A36 steel plate.

A36 is commonly available shouldn't be hard to find.
