Sausage balls

1 lbs of pork sausage
1.75 cup of busquik
4 cups of cheddar, shredded
.25 cup of diced jalapeño (optional)
1 tbsp of favorite seasoning
I used Holy Cow

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Form into 1” balls place on cookie sheet. Grill/cook at 400 for approx 10 minutes, or internal temp 160..
I suggest using maybe 2 lbs of pork as I ran out of pork and could have formed at least 3-4 more balls.C9118DEE-7096-4E16-865C-003599C646C4.jpeg
