Sometimes it's nice to just let someone else do the cooking. :)

Note to StL area Costco members.
The store on Rusty Rd. in South County had about 7, Prime grade, whole brisket packers for $2.79/lb.

The header sounded interesting, but when I saw the picture, I had to chuckle!! I pick up at least one every time I hit Costco. I have spatchcocked them and then used the foodsaver for a quick and easy meal later on.

Put your feet up and pour a drink Bob! You earned it!

Great cook Bob....makes me wonder where the sides came from??

I've got something coming in the mail that will stop me from doing this cook.

I don't really like their chicken as is out of the container but I do like to buy them, debone them and make other dishes with it. The sad thing though is I can buy a Costco chicken cheaper than I can make it myself and they are also a lot bigger than I can get too.
