Ribs Beans and Apple Pie

Today was a catch all day. I made 3 1/2 gallons of Apple Pie. If anyone wants my recipe let me know.
Then tonight I pulled out the Performer and made some ribs and beans.
This is one of my favorite cooks on the performer. Easy and fun.
I'm still not into the sun setting as early as it did, but such is life in Youngstown.

But after a 1/2 pint of Apple Pie this is what I had.

Thanks for all the great comments. I make my apple pie out of 151 vodka because everclear is just dangerous. LOL, like 151 is any better.

Just had a pint last night. No where near as dangerous as the nitro I made a few years ago with Ever Clear.
