Ribolator and Genesis 1000

Asked for and received a Ribolator for Christmas. I tried it out yesterday even though it was 18 degrees outside! I am very happy with it. I did chicken pieces and two things I really liked was I didn't have a flare-up problem at all as opposed to cooking on the grate. Also most of the basting sauce would fall onto chicken on the other racks rather than directly onto the flavor bars ( probably the reason for no flare-ups ). It turns slow enough that you can baste on the fly without starting and stopping the rotisserie. I think you gain a little grill space with it too. A little pricey but so far I do like it a lot. Dan

Ha! I just watched the video and it dawned on me that this was the first and only time the Rib-O-Lator has been on my wifes Genesis! Shows how much I use it on the gasser!

That is some fine looking chicken Dan.
