Edit: I didn't know they made a high-temp version, the ThermaQ that is good for temps up to 2500 degrees!

I'm in need of a sale on probes. I've ruined two probes searing steaks over live fire.

You would think I would learn after the first one ............. but no .

I guess we shoulda bought the ThermaQ. Hard to ruin a probe that can take 2500 degrees.
 
I was on there site yesterday contemplating buying that item and it was not on sale yet. Sale is new today i think thanks for the heads up i ordered it and the billows. Also they offer the small thermo pop thermometer at $23.80 during check out they got me i ordered that also. Thanks for the heads up mike
