Where can we get your recipe for the bacon encrusted filets?

They sound incredible.

Kaz,
Take your favorite bacon, sautee it till it is crispy. Then once cooled mince the bacon into bits. Salt and pepper your steak, or whatever rub you like and grill the steak. Once it is finished on the grill, roll the steak in the bacon bits. Let rest for 3-5 minutes and serve. Believe me when I say it, you will not be disappointed.

I grilled some ribeyes on the 22.5 OTG. We had a left over steak for steak and eggs this morning. I quickly pan seared the left over ribeye and mooshed both sides into bacon bits. As you say I was not disappointed!

Great simple tip to enhance a steak left over or not!
