rainy night bratwurst

out of the rain, using the DoubleD Burgandy One Touch, last night we grilled up some brats.
two each, beer & onion, Philly Cheese Steak and regular brats... all from Ray's Butcher Shoppe in Greenfield Wisconsin

poured a cold local brew...

a few Mexican onions sliced up in a round cast iron mini bowl

and served with baked beans. The brats were topped with a pickled jalapeno relish we made last summer.

and sun pickles were also gobbled up

those brat buns were made fresh at Ray's, probably the best I've ever had! Ray's makes some AWESOME sausages...
ever in the area, swing in and buy up a few dozen, they freeze well

Honestly John, I cannot remember seeing any Taco Brats with the rest of them... I'll look or ask next time.
