Quick help needed - 47cm 225 temp

Quick help much appreciated.

I need the WSM at 225 for an hour, will half a chimney with no water reach this? or do I need more charcoal

It will probably reach temp but I doubt it will hold it for an hour. Outside air temp will affect it. Is that all the charcoal you have?
