Hi experts, I need your help. I have a recipe that we would like to make calling for pork belly. DH just went to take it out of the freezer. It has been in there for 2 years. Do you all think it is still ok to use?
We had pork belly the other night and 1 slice was left over. DH cut it up for breakfast and scrambled some eggs over them. It was the best breakfast in a long time. I am really getting hooked on pork belly.
