Prayers For Pammi

Hey everyone, I need thoughts and prayers for my wife, Pammi, tomorrow.
She's having her ankle replaced!
It started back in the late 70's when she snapped it in between high school graduation and starting college in the fall.
It's bothered her for the 21 years that I've known her, so now she's taking a huge step and getting it replaced!

My boss had perhaps one of the first ankle replacements some 10 years ago after a very bad snowmobiling accident. He was at the point of getting it fused when the ortho doc suggested the procedure. He did remarkably well to consider it a success to where he was even skiing some 4 years later.

6 1/2 hours in and out, sounds like a long procedure. Whats the prognosis from the Doc? 75% or better.

I think that you misunderstand.
6 1/2 hours from the times we got to the hospital to the time we were putting her in the car to go home!!!
After 4-6 weeks in a cast, she'll start rehab and be almost as good as it was when she broke it in 1979!
