I just did some wings. SWMBO cooked up some bacon mac-n-cheese bites (frozen at BJs - awesome as all get-out) and the boy made pizza bagels inside.
Wings were brined with the usual (salt, brown sugar, apple juice and kick'n chicken), then glazed with a 50/50 mix of SBR's Honey Barbecue and apple juice. I prefer them sweet & a bit tangy, not much heat, so the kick'n chicken adds just the right zing. They got a little too caramelized (WSM was running at about 430 at one point), but still tasted awesome.
