Pork steak chipotle wet burrito

Found these steaks and they looked too good to pass up. Did a very basic marinade of Costco Margarita mix! Immediately thought about doing these very hot and getting some good meat for burritos. Prepped some onion and jalapeños and fired up the Performer with some JD lump. Added some mesquite and got the pork going. Chipotle sauce was ready and everything good to go for assembly. Cheers!
