They came out a nice medium and very juicy.

Your wife will be thanking you for your decision shortly after your first cook is done.
The darn tool will still be warm and she will be telling you how amazingly great the dinner is.
Shortly after that she will be bragging to her friends how great you are and that you even waited until the Black Friday Sale.
