Pork Loin on the Gasser

I had a spare piece of a grill laying around that Rich needed, and he was nice enough to send me some of his "Rich's Rib Rub" in return. I figured I would give it a try on a pork loin I was cooking.

I covered it with EVOO and the rub the night before and added some more rub before it hit the grill.


Rich's rub is Megan approved, I had to ask her to stop eating it out of her hand.


On the gasser with some sweet potatos and some Shiner borracho beans.

That's a fine looking loin, Pat. The beans look tasty as well. Looks like both you and Rich came out as winners in your "trade".
