Pork Cutlets in Cast Iron

Great to fry outside and not fog up the kitchen.
Dialed in the SF at 410 with a Lodge CI with a maybe 1/4“ veggie oil. It’s way better with a bunch of good butter but this is slightly healthier.
Pounded out the pork, into seasoned egg wash and then Panko/Flour mix. Made 2 batches.
