heres a pic of a recent pork butt i did on my kettle using the snake method,butt was 6.8lbs,cook went 12-13 hours

Doing shoulders on the kettle is a blast. I bet most people on this site cut there teeth doing shoulders on Kettles. I tryyyy to do one at lease once a year. It keeps you humble.

it sure does humble you and requires a little more attention in my opinion,still love smoking on my kettles,its where it all started for me
